要旨:本報告は放課後児童クラブ(以下,児童クラブ)において,作業に焦点をあてたコンサルテーションを行った実践報告である.今回,COPMやスクールAMPSを活用したことで,児童クラブの支援員が事例に期待している作業に焦点を当て,その作業遂行の改善を目的とした提案を行うことができた.結果,児童クラブ支援員と作業療法士の協働がより進み,支援員間で対応が共有化されたことで,事例の作業遂行に改善がみられた.よって,学校の教室に近い環境下であれば,COPMやスクールAMPSに基づいたコンサルテーションに一定の効果があることが示唆された.
This practical report of a consultation focused on occupation in after-school childcare using COPM and School AMPS. These outcome measures enabled after-school childcare workers to focus on the occupations expected of them in their cases and to make recommendations aimed at improving the occupational performance. The COPM and the School AMPS were used to provide recommendations aimed at improving the occupational performance of the case. As a result, the collaboration between the after-school childcare workers and the occupational therapist was strengthened, and the sharing of responses between these two groups led to an improvement in the execution of tasks in the case. Thus, consultations based on COPM and School AMPS may be effective in classroom environments.
