An intentional monitoring through self-experience is necessary for a person with cognitive attention and integrative disorder. We have trying to actualize a self-control program in day-care for about three years. Creative activity has played a central role in this self-control program. Having obtained some useful knowledge for clinical use, we have confirmed the effect of our self-control program. The main purpose of this self-control program includes the following three points : 1) Self-monitoring : the client will be able to monitor the condition of his/her own mind and body function during activities. 2) Self-decision : the client will be able to decide whether or not to keep acting. 3) Self-control : the client will be able to control his/her own feelings.
