A 46 year-old patient, was attacked by myocardial infection during sleep. He had visual agnosia but did not have the symptom of motor and mental disfunction.

In this paper, we present a treatment for the patient with visual agnosia, who is normal in motor, psychological and mental function using "Touzaiku and Kumihimo". In the beginning, the patient discriminated the objects by visual information. However, finally he recognized the objects by assembling pieces of visual information using touch and joint senses after receiving the occupational therapy, "Touzaiku and Kumihimo". Therefore we thought that "Touzaiku and Kumihimo" proved useful for the treatment of patients with visual agnosia.
