要旨：本論では，作業に根ざした実践（occupation-based practice；以下，OBP）の新理論であるOBP 2.0の理論と実践を示した．従来のOBPは作業機能障害の解決に取り組むが，信念対立によって制約される限界があった．本論で示すOBP 2.0は，作業機能障害の種類と信念対立解明アプローチを理論統合し，ひとつの理論で2種類の問題に対応できるように構築した．また本論では臨床実践におけるOBP 2.0のモデル提示を行った．OBP 2.0は，作業療法の新理論として有益であると考えられた．

　This study described the theory and application of the revised version of the Occupation-based Practice (OBP 2.0) which was developed by the authors. The original OBP was effective for solving occupational dysfunction; however, the effectiveness was restricted by belief conflicts. We developed the OBP 2.0 by integrating the effectiveness of the original OBP with the dissolution approach for belief conflict, and addressing both the occupational dysfunction and belief conflict by using the solo OBP 2.0. This study detailed the application of the OBP 2.0 in clinical settings. Through clinical applications, this study illustrated the effectiveness of the OBP 2.0 as a new frame of conceptual theory in occupational therapy.
