特別支援教育における教員との協働的作業療法の実践―教員が子どもの課題を主体的に解決していくことができた事例─

Collaborative occupational therapy in kindergarten consultation: A case study

要旨：特別支援教育において，学校作業療法を展開するには，教員が作業療法の必要性を認識した上で，作業療法士と協働体制を築くことが重要なポイントとなる．今回，教員が作業療法士と協働しながら主体的に子どもの課題を解決していくためのポイントについて，①教員が子どもに届けたい教育に焦点を当てること，②教員へ量と質とタイミングを意識した情報提供をすること，③教員や保護者と情報共有することが重要であることを，事例を通して報告した．

　In a school-based practice, it is very important that the occupational therapist and teacher work together, sharing the needs of occupational therapy between them. In this case study, we described the following features of school-based collaborative occupational therapy, involving teachers to independently solve a child's problems: ① to focus on the teacher's educational goals, ② to provide timely information concerning the number and quality and ③ to share this information among teachers and parents.
