 In a school-based practice, it is very important that the occupational therapist and teacher work together, sharing the needs of occupational therapy between them. In this case study, we described the following features of school-based collaborative occupational therapy, involving teachers to independently solve a child's problems: ① to focus on the teacher's educational goals, ② to provide timely information concerning the number and quality and ③ to share this information among teachers and parents.
