患者が救急外来に運ばれてきたとき，患者の病態が悪化したとき，患者が覚醒しないとき，重篤な不整脈が出現したとき，凝固異常を認めたとき，薬物が効かないとき，薬物の中毒症状が疑われたときなど，臨床のさまざまな場面において，薬物相互作用は想起されているだろうか？薬物相互作用は，薬物の併用時に多かれ少なかれ起きている現象であり，過去には患者に重大な被害をもたらしている。臨床的に重大な薬物相互作用は決して多くはないが，その可能性を忘れてはいけない。

Do you suspect drug-drug interactions, when the patient is raced to the emergency department, when the patient's condition worsens, when the patient does not wake up, when a serious arrhythmia appears, when a coagulation abnormality is observed, when the drug does not work, or when addiction symptoms appear? Drug interactions are phenomena that occur when drugs are used in combination, and very rarely cause serious complications. There are relatively few clinically significant drug-drug interactions, but they must be kept in mind in clinical practice.
