フォスファターゼに関する組織化学的検討

A.Histochemical Consideration about Phosphatases

　組織化学的に検出し得る重要なる酵素として，アルカリ-フォスファターゼがGomori^7），高松^26）によつて記載されて以来，酵素の組織化学的研究が次第に盛んになり特にアルカリ及び酸性フォスファターゼについては極めて多数の成績が発表されて来た。

　然るにこゝに近年次第に論議の対象となつてきた一つの問題がある。

　It has been described our modification technique from GOMORI and TAKAMATSU's original method for demonstration of phosphatases, and studied on their localization in the mid-brain of mice by our technique.

　Conclusively phosphatases were almost absent in nuclei of nerve cells, and therefore the hypothesis concerning with the biological significance of acid phosphatase was doubtful.
