 An electronic analogue model of the neuron is described. The model neuron is composed of several active units which simulate the electric behaviors of the active loci of the membr-ane of a neuron. The active units include the model axon and the model synapses of six different types (the ordinary, incremental and decremental ones, each having the excitatory and inhibitory types). The properties of the models are described. Some of the simple neural circuits are built and examined.
