看護研究における実験研究―臨床実践への活用に向けた課題

Experimental Research on Nursing: Problems of Clinical Application

はじめに

　最今，エビデンスに基づく看護実践を検証する方法として実験研究が注目されている。そして，研究発表においては，健康な成人を対象として，エビデンスを生理的な測定値に求めている実験研究を多くみかける。しかし，看護を実践するためのエビデンスという観点からみて，果たして適切な実験研究のデザインであるか疑問に思うものも少なくない。そこで本稿では，看護実践へとつながる実験研究を行なうためにはどのような課題があるのかを述べていきたい。特に留意したい点については本稿以降に各論編として項目を起こして，具体例をあげながら説明しているので，そちらをあわせて読んでいただきたい。

　The majority of Japanese studies on nursing are taken effect at experimental laboratories. For some clinical purposes, these laboratory-based studies may be suitable to apply to practice; however, in various clinical settings, it is clear that basic laboratory-based studies are not sufficient for the clinical field.

　Nurses should care for patients on the bases of the results of experimental research. The place and the subject of the study are very important points to take into account in applying the results from a study to a clinical field.

　We should therefore define causality to confirm the evidence of nursing practice.

　Researchers need to carry out collaborative study with clinical nurses and collect data that will enable the application of study findings to practice.
