要旨
目的:看護師の多重課題遂行能力尺度—内科系・外科系病棟看護師用—を開発する.
方法:インタビュー調査に基づき尺度原案を作成した.内科系・外科系病棟に勤務する看護師1,602名を対象に質問紙調査を実施し,信頼性と妥当性を検証した.
結果:回収数は1,101名(回収率68.7%)であり有効回答を得た825名を分析対象とした.因子分析の結果,7因子37項目が抽出された.モデル適合度はGFI=.889,AGFI=.872,CFI=.889,RMSEA=.048であり構成概念妥当性が確認され,既存尺度との相関係数はr=.722であり併存的妥当性が確認された.尺度全体のCronbach α係数はα=.93であり内的整合性が確認され,級内相関係数はr=.853であり安定性が確認された.
結論:看護師の多重課題遂行能力尺度—内科系・外科系病棟看護師用—の信頼性と妥当性が検証された.
Objective: To develop a scale on multitasking performance competency for nurses in internal medicine and surgical wards.
Methods: A draft scale was created based on an interview survey. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,602 nurses working in internal medicine and surgical wards. The reliability and validity of the developed scale were verified based on the questionnaire survey results.
Results: A total of 1,101 nurses responded(collection rate of 68.7%), and 825 valid responses were analyzed. As a result of factor analysis, 7 factors and 37 items were extracted. The fitness indices of the obtained model were GFI=.889, AGFI=.872, CFI=.889, and RMSEA=.048; construct validity was confirmed. The correlation between the existing scale was r=.722, which confirmed coexistence validity. The alpha coefficient of the entire scale was .93, which confirmed the internally defined consistency. The intraclass correlation coefficient was r=.853, confirming stability.
Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the scale on multitasking performance competency for nurses in internal medicine and surgical wards were verified.
