抄録　本研究では，高齢者におけるゆだねたさ尺度を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を，地域在住の老年期男女153名(平均年齢：72.59歳)を対象に検討した。分析の結果，ゆだねたさ尺度は1因子構造であり，十分な内的整合性が確認された。次に，構成概念妥当性の検討の結果，精神的健康尺度，先延ばし尺度および死に対する態度尺度との間に相関関係が認められ，尺度の妥当性が支持された。また，ゆだねたさが高い高齢者は，新しい機器を使いこなしたり，自ら情報収集し活用したりする能力が低く，そして自分が周囲の重荷になっていると感じているという特徴を有することが示唆された。

This study aimed to develop the Attitude to Indecisive/Reliant Scale for older adults and its psychometric properties. The questionnaire was administered to One hundred fifty-three older adults(mean age＝72.59 years)who registered silver human resource center. Factor analysis revealed one factor. The scale had high internal consistency and the construct validity of the scale was supported by the correlation of K6, GPS, and DAP. Our results also show that older adults with higher attitude to indecisive/reliant were less likely to think about leaving their property and proxy decisions in writing, less able to use new equipment and collect/use the information on their own, and more likely to feel burdensomeness to others.
