Ⅰ．目的
慢性進行性神経疾患の治療・リハビリテーションの目的は，機能障害の進行をできるだけ遅らせ，可能な限り有意義な生活を維持することにある．自宅での生活をできるだけ続けることはこの意味でも重要であるが，進行性疾患に特有の種々の困難を伴う．今回我々は，当院における過去3年間の経験を分析し，慢性進行性神経疾患患者の通院継続に関与する諸条件を，通院継続可能群・不能群の比較により検討した．
