はじめに
熱傷による切断後の義肢装着は瘢痕拘縮や皮膚の問題があって必ずしも容易ではない．熱傷による左下腿切断後，同側下肢ほぼ全体にわたってmesh skin graftを行なった患者で，最終的に普通のPTB下腿義足を装着し職場に復帰した症例を経験したので報告する．
