病院内インフルエンザA（H1N1）の感染症

Nosocomial Influenza A (H1N1) Infection

　小児においてインフルエンザやそのほかの呼吸器系ウイルスの院内拡散に関する報告は多くあるが，成人の入院患者の報告は少ない．インフルエンザA（H3N2）とパラインフルエンザ3の病院内発生が，消耗状態の成人患者に起こったという二つの例外的な報告があった。この報告は一人の成人例に発生したインフルエンザの病院内感染例に関するものである。この感染は同じ病院で看護学生の間で発生したインフルエンザと関連があると推定された．

Although many reports describe the intrahospital spread of influenza and other respiratoryviruses in children, few deal with their acquisition by hospitalized adults. Two exceptions arerecent reports describing nosocomial outbreaks of influenza A^*1 (H3 N2) and parainfluenzatype 3 in compromised adults.^*2 This report describes a nosocomial case of influenza in anadult. The infection was presumed to be associated with an outbreak of influenza amongnursing students at the same hospital.
