健康な男性436名に，運動，飲酒習慣をアンケート調査し血清γ―GTP値との関連性を検討した．その結果，常習飲酒者においても運動習慣を有する群は，そうでない群に比較してγ―GTP値は低値を示した．一方，毎日運動している群では，飲酒習慣に起因する血清γ―GTP値の有意な変化は認められなかった．
