子どもの加齢変化と臨床検査値

Age-related changes in children and clinical examination values

成長期にある子どもの加齢変化には目覚ましいものがある．その加齢変化パターンには性差や発育環境の差異のほかに，各生体成分固有の変化もみられる．成長(加齢変化)に伴い臨床検査にも変化動態が出現する．本稿では検体検査，特に臨床化学検査に焦点を絞りその状況について概説した．その状況には複数の変化パターンがみられる．子どもの検査値を解釈するうえでは，これらのパターンを理解したうえで判読することが望ましいことについて述べた．

The age-related changes in children during the growth period are remarkable.　The age-related change patterns include gender differences, differences in environment in which they develop, as well as changes specific to various biogenic substances.　Growth (age-related changes) is accompanied by dynamic changes in clinical exam results.　Here, we focus on laboratory tests, especially clinical chemical tests, and present an overview of conditions.　The results indicated several different change patterns.　It is preferable to understand these patterns before interpreting test values in children.
