交代性眼振の1症例

Periodic Alternating Nystagmus: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　交代性眼振（nystagmus alternans）の報告は今日まですでに70余例の報告がみられるが，そのおのおのの所見は実にvariationに富み共通性を見出すことが困難と思われるほどである。

　筆者らはFrenzel眼鏡下で一過性に認められた交代性眼振の1例を経験したので，同症例の聴力検査所見と合わせて神経耳科学的所見を中心に検討し，その概要を報告する。諸賢の御批判を乞う次第である。

　A case of alternating nystagmus in the open eyes wearing the Frenzel's spectacles was reported.

　Theauthors discussed the visual conditions and other factors influencing the presence of alternating nystagmus, and investigated its mechanisms from bibliographical reference.
