 Abrupt and progressive hearing impairment in both ears in a 25-year-old pregnant female, was reported.

 The patient had been suffered from visual disturbances caused by cataracta, weakness of sight and congenital nystagmus. She had been operated on her cataracta for visual weakness at the age of 13.

 At four months pregnancy, the patient had been suffered from nausea, vomitting and gait disturbance caused by emesis or vestibular disturbance, and she had been treated by a gynecologist. One month later she had suffered from tinnitus and hearing impairment in both ears, and her audiogram showed 20-50 dB in the left, and 35-75 dB in the right ear. She had lost her hearing acuity completely before delivary.

 It was a sever problem that she was suffered from visual and hearing disturbance after delivary to have good communication with doctors, nurses, and her family to take advice for new born baby care.
