横浜市保土ケ谷区における空中飛散花粉の調査

STUDIES ON DISPERSION OF POLLENS IN HODOGAYA DISTRICT OF YOKOIIAMA CITY

　I．緒言

　花粉症がアレルギー性鼻炎の中で重要なポストを占めることは衆知の通りである。また花粉症の約30％が気管支喘息をおこすといわれている^1）ことなどからも，その関与する範囲の広いことがおかる。

　まず花粉抗原の摂取によつて生体が感作され，アレルギー性鼻炎に発展するわけであるが，よりよい診療を期待するには，それぞれの地方の空中飛散花粉の実体を把握する必要がある。

　著者はかつて横浜船員病院耳鼻科外来における鼻アレルギー164名の診療についてその成績をまとめた^2）が，今回は昭和52年1月から12月までの1年間，当院構内において収集した空中飛散花粉の概況を整理したので御報告する次第である。

　Dispersion of pollens in Hodogaya district of Yokohama city was studied from Jan. to Dec. 1977 according to Durham's sampling.

　Pollen seasons can be devided into 3 : 1) Tree season, mainly of Japanese cedar and pine, 2) grass season and 3) ragweed season, mainly of hogweed.

　Among which cedar pollen is the most important pathogene in allergic rhinitis in this area, because the pollens disperse in the higher concentration than 40/cm² from the end of Feb. to the begining of April.

　Pollen map is to be made yearly in this country, in order to establish the more perfect diagnosis and treatment for pollenosis.
