ロックコンサート後に発症した急性感音難聴の1例

ACUTE SENSORINEURAL HEARING LOSS FOLLOWING ATTENDANCE TO ROCK AND ROLL MUSIC

　I．緒　言　強い音響が原因となつて聴覚が障害される型には種々のものがあり得る。今回われわれはロックコンサートを聴きに行つた後に，急激に一側高度感音難聴に陥いつた症例を経験した。珍しい例と考えたので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We report a case suffering from severe acute unilateral sensoneural hearing impairment following the attendance to a rock and roll music concert.

　We present a few audiological data with discussion on the origin of hearing impairments and references to the literature.

　We have a suspicion that the origin of hearing impairment may occur by the unbalance of natural resistance to emotion of the body due to the loud sound of the rock and roll music.
