 A case of myasthenia gravis in a girl, aged 11, with hypernasality of voice as the chief complaint is reported. The diagnosis of myasthenia gravis is confirmed by tensilon test and electro-muscular fatigability test. Due to the presence of such symptoms as hypernasality or dysphagia the patients with myasthenia gravis have tendencies to seek the service of ENT, for which the department should be prepared. When bilateral paralysis of the soft palate occur this disease should be on the lookout.
