Osler氏病とIdiopathic thrombocytopenic purpuraを根底に有する鼻出血症例—当教室の鼻出血症例の統計的観察

A RARE CASE OF EPISTAXIS DUE TO OSLER'S DISEASE A STATISTICAL OBSERVATION ON EPISTAXIS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　鼻出血は耳鼻咽喉科領域においてはもつとも一般的に見られる疾患であるが出血性素因，血液病などの全身的原因によるものには止血困難なものが多い。われわれは頑固な鼻出血で来院し精査の結果Osler氏病とIdiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（I. T. P.）の両方を根底に有する稀有な症例を経験したのでここに報告し，併せて当教室における過去10年間（1962〜1971）の鼻出血入院例および昨年1年間の外来症例について統計的観察を行なつてみた。

　A rare and a very interesting case of epistaxis is reported. The patient a woman was found affected with Osler's disease with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura that formed the basis of this hemorrhage.

　A statistical observation made on 50 lying-in patients who came to the hospital for treatment of epistaxis during the period of 10 years, 1962-1971, along with another 128 cases with similar complaints who visited the outpatient department in 1971 is reported.
