鼻腔腫瘍の臨床的観察

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS ON NASAL CHOANAL TUMORS

　I．はじめに

　鼻腔に原発する腫瘍は，発生頻度においては必ずしも多くはないが，病理組織学的には多彩にして腫瘍の分類のうえにきわめて興味がもたれるものである。

　著者らは昭和26年4月より昭和42年3月の16年間に当教室で経験された鼻腔腫瘍について観察した結果を報告する。

　Nasal choanal tumors are found rather few in number but, pathologically, the varieties are quite rich indeed. The diagnosis of the type in these tumors should be made by microscopic examination after the surgical removal rather than by small section taken at the time of operation. It has been revealed that choanal tumors hold a special position in the classification of tumors.
