オキシテトラサイクリン・ヒドロコルチゾン外用液の使用経験

An Experience in the Use of Oxytetracycline-Hydrocortisone External Solution

　Ⅰ．緒言

　今日，耳鼻咽喉科領域における外用液特に点耳薬として，種々の抗生物質が使用され，更に副腎皮質ホルモンが利用されている。

　今回我々は，1ml中に塩酸オキシテトラサイクリン5mg（力価），酢酸ヒドロコルチゾン15mgを含む油性均一粘張なゲル状の黄色懸濁液（台糖ファイザー）を，急性および慢性中耳炎，中耳炎術後，外耳炎および口内炎患者に使用し，若干の知見を得たのでここに報告する。

　Oxy-tetracycline hydrocortisone ear drops were used in treatment of 75 cases of various affections.

　In treatment of 22 cases of acute otitis media this agent appeared to be effective in 82% of cases; in 24 cases of chronic otitis media it was effective in 58% of cases; in 18 postoperative cases of otitis media it was effective in 44% of case; and, in treatment of 11 cases of otitis externa and aphtha the agent appeared to be effective in 55% of cases.
