興味ある経過を辿つた先天性側頸部瘻孔

　先天性側頸瘻は稀な疾患であるが，私共は偽膜潰瘍性口内炎の所見を以て始まり，会厭膿瘍となり，やがて頸部膿瘍を生じ，外切開を加えて側頸部瘻孔を貽し，全経過約4年に亘つており，最後に瘻孔手術を行つて治癒した症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of long standng fistula ot the neck, that appeared finally to be branchial in cha-racter and that healed only after a complete exterpation of the fistulous tract, is report.

The initial lesion, in a man aged 29, star-ted with aphthos involvement of the oral mu-cous membrane that repeatedly occurred for the period of 1 year. Following these atta-cks cervical abcess developed and the draina-ge of which resulted in establishment of cer-vical fistula that failed to respond to various forms of treatment that have been tried. The patient suffered this condition for the period of 4 years; no moniliosis was found in the lesion at any time during this period. The patient made an uneventful recovery after the fistuious tract had been completely remo-ved.
