先天性側頸嚢腫の症例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　先天性頸部嚢腫或いは瘻は頸部の胎生期発育異常による遺残物に起因するとされ，比較的稀な疾患である。私は最近切開口が閉鎖の傾向を示さず瘻となつた側頸部嚢腫の症例を経験したので，その概要を報告し，あわせて最近の文献について考察を加えてみた。

A congenital cervical cyst with a fistula located slightly left of the midline was found in a woman, aged 32. The cyst was removed surgically ; the patient recovered uneventfully.Other similar cases reported in the literature are cited and discussed.
