喉頭蓋黒色腫の1例

　I．緒言

　病理解剖学的ならびに臨床的に，特異な所見を呈する黒色腫は，決して珍らしい腫瘍ではない。我々耳鼻咽喉科領域においても，鼻腔あるいは口腔内に発生せる報告は比較的多い。しかし喉頭にその腫瘍の発生をみることは，従来その部に癌腫あるいは乳頭腫の発生することの多いのに比して極めて稀である。

　私共は，最近その稀有なる喉頭蓋の黒色腫，しかも組織学的にメラニン顆粒の認められなかつた

　Amelan otisches Melanomの1例に遭遇したので報告する。

An amelanomatous melanoma was found on the epiglotis of a man, aged 70. The patient complained of the sore throat for the period of 2 years. In spite of such a duration of the lesion the growth appeared to be well circu-mscribed without any evidence of metastasis anywhere. No recurrence was noted after 7 months following the removal of the growth.
