全麻酔を行つた幼児の気管支異物（うずら豆）摘出例

　気管・気管支異物症のうちで，豆類の異物が最も多いのは周知のことであるが，われわれも最近，2歳8ヵ月の女児がうずら豆を吸引した例に遭遇し，下気管切開を行い，主として全身麻酔下で，下気管直達法により異物を摘出し得たので，その大略を報告する。

Brochial foreign body of 10 days standing, a bean as the offending agent, was removed bronchoscopically after the patient was pla-ced under general anesthesia and tracheoto-mized for proper maintainance of respiration. The foreign body was removed in two sitti-ngs with a day in between.
