先天性喉頭嚢腫の1治験例

　緒言

　喉頭にみられる嚢腫は余り稀なものではない。New等はMayo Clinicにおける喉頭の良性腫瘍の統計において，722例中35例（4.8％）が嚢腫であつたとのべており，Fauvel，Massei，Jurasaz，Mackenzie等の報告にみても喉頭の良性腫瘍のうち1-7％が嚢腫であるとのべている。ただ喉頭嚢腫のうち最も多いのは喉頭蓋軟骨舌面にみられるもので，喉頭内にあるものは稀である。著者等の経験した1例は仮声帯或いは披裂会厭皺襞付近から出て，喉頭内面に発育した先天性の嚢腫である。

　A girl, aged 18, complained of aphonia ever since she remembered. Examination revealed a large laryngeal cyst. The growth was removed under direct and indirect laryngoscopy with biting forceps. The patient made an uneventful recovery with gain of the voice. Microscopically the growth appeared to be belonging to congenital laryngeal cyst described by New.
