著名なる海綿様リンパ管腫性巨舌症の2例

　緒言

　リンパ管腫が舌，口脣，頬部に発生すれば，時に巨舌症（Makroglossie），巨脣症（Makrochilie），巨頬症（Makromelie）を惹起するとの記載はあるが，吾々耳鼻咽喉科領域に於いて遭遇する事は比較的稀なものの様で，その報告も少い。私達は最近，海綿様リンパ管腫を本態とした著明にして且，典型的な2例の巨舌症を相前後して経験したので報告したい。

Kurozumi and associates report 2 cases of macroglossia due to presence of lymphangio-ma cavernosum. In one case it necessitated a performance of tracheotomy in order to re-lived the dyspnea that resulted from further enlargement of the large tongue due to the onset of an acute inflammatory process. Both cases are cured by partial resection of the tongue.
