口蓋扁桃細網肉腫と根治的頸部廓清手術

　緒言

　Oberling（1928年）が細網内皮系統より発生する悪性腫瘍である淋巴性細網肉腫をReticulosarkomと命名したのに始まる細網肉腫は，耳鼻咽喉科領域に原発する報告甚だ多く我が科とは密接な関係を有する腫瘍で，其の病理組識学的方面に於いての研究は今日一応完成されたかの観があるが其の臨床に就いては猶研究の余地少からず。殊にその治療に至つては猶完成されたものとは称し得ず幾多解決すべき点を残して居る現状である。然るに私は最近横浜医大耳鼻咽喉科学教室に於いて口蓋扁桃に原発せりと思われる細網肉腫4例を経験し，中3例に根治的頸部廓区清手術を行い，他の1例は純然たる放射線療法を行い，本症治療に対し之等療法が如何なる意義を有するかを比較観察する事を得た。依つて其の経験を報告し度い。

　kashiwado and Ichikawa reports 4 cases of reticulosarcoma which had its origin in the tonsillar tissue. Three cases of this group are treated surgically with expansive resection of cervical lymphatics and the remaining 1 with irradiation therapy alone. Comparative merits in the method of treatment of reticulosarcoma that occur in the pharyngeal region that consist of surgery or irradiation are discussed. The author concludes that the best method by which this disease may be coped with might be the establishment of early diagnosis with institution of surgical method to be followed by irradiation therapy.
