先天性食道閉鎖症兼食道気管瘻の1例

　緒言

　食道の先天性畸形は比較的稀な疾患で，之には食道の欠如，二重形成，閉鎖，気管瘻等の報告がある。1670年Durstenにより初めて食道気管瘻をともなう先天性食道閉鎖症の4例が報告され，1905年Happischにより定型的食道閉鎖症と命名されて以来，Tomas, Gibson, Mackenzie，Kreuter, Pass, Hoffmann, Wessely等多数の人々の報告が見られる。我が国では1914年内村氏が初めて本症を報告し，その後杉浦，橋本，島田，畑村等諸氏により報告がなされている。最近私は先天性食道閉鎖症兼食道気管瘻の1例を経験し，且つ之を剖検する機会を得たので，茲にその概要を述べあわせて諸賢の御教示，御批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

(1) The diagnosis of congenital esophageal occlusion with esophago-tracheal fistula is con-firmed by X-ray examination.

(2) The anomalous development in the pre-sent case is identically similar to 22 other cases reported in the literature of this country brin-ging up the total number of such cases to 23.

(3) Much in agreement wilh other cases of similar nature, the infant was the first born to the mother, male by sex and found with anomalous kidney development showing a high degree atrophy of the right organ.
