ステンゲル氏法の1変法・詐聾耳聴力の他覚的測定

　Ⅰ．緒言

　一側詐聾の看破法として1900年ステンゲルが所謂ステンゲル氏法を発表して以来，Seiffert，Hinsberg Heevman Langenbeck Fletcher Weiland，更に本邦にては山川，石原氏等により多くのそれに対する追試，批判若しくは改良が発表された。即ちHinsbergによつて始められた電気発振器を用うるステンゲル変法は，音叉による場合の欠点を改良し，更にWeilandは従来困難とされて居た聾と称する耳に事実或程度の難聴が存在する場合，即ちAggravationの定量的診断法を発表した。私もこのAggravationの際の詐聾耳聴力の他覚的測定を目標として一変法を考案した。

　TSUIKI advances a method by which malingerers of hearing could be revealed objectively by adopting in part the basic principles of Stengle's method : the test is performed unilaterally. It is said that the present method is by the far more efficient than that of Stengle or. particularly that of Weiland but. there are still more rooms for further improvement.
