喉頭癌摘出後頸部リンパ節に發生した細網肉腫

　喉頭癌は珍しいものでなく，細網肉腫も最近は頻りに報告されて居り，それも頸部リンパ節は好發部位と言われているのであるが，喉頭癌の爲に喉頭全摘出術を行つたあと1年餘で，丁度その所屬リンパ節である頸部リンパ節に細網肉腫が生じたと言うのは極めて稀な事と思う。私の經驗した1例をここに報告する。

EDA reports a case of cancer of larynx, in a man aged 60, who showed swelling of cervical lymph nodes that occurred about one and half years after total laryngectomy had been per-formed. The involvement of the glands proved to be reticulosarcoma. Subsequent to treatment by irradiation of the area of which the glands have been removed surgically the patient, so far, 1 year after the operation, appears to be free from further involvement.
