NISHIHATA AND SUZUKI examined 132 patien-ts affected with sinusitis iu an attempt to establish some relation of this disease to general constitutional state and arrived at the following conclusions: (1) Leptosomatic types are more vulnerable to at t-acks of this disease than others and eurosom a-tic closely followed in frequency.

(2) By head features it was most prevalent in eurocephalic types. by facial, leptoprosopic and by nasal, mesorhinic.

(3) By food habits the affection us found in those who are inclined towards large amounts of sweets, eating between meals and being fond of fruits.

(4) More than 50 per cent of patients affected with sinusitis are found to be suffering disea- ses which were caused by exudative diathesis, leptosomatics are found to be most markedly affected.

(5) With presence of nasal polyps the asthenic types lead the list which was closely followed by athletic types and the difference ofvnir ability in these respective types was veryslig ht indeed.
