頸部淋巴腺腫脹を主症状とせる急性骨髓性白血病の1例

　緒言

　頸部淋巴腺腫脹を主訴とせる疾患中には血液病を原病とした重篤疾患があり而も上気道病変即ち口腔，咽頭症状と同樣に重要な所見を呈する．

　余は偶頸部淋巴腺腫脹を主症状とし，而も極めて早期に発見し得た急性骨髄性白血病の1症例に遭遇し，其の臨床経過を死に至る迄観察し得たので，茲に報告する．

NAGAI reports a case of acute myelogenous le-ukemia in which the only symptom presented was cervical adenopathy. Diagnosis of the case was ma-de quite early in the coures of the disease and treatments using "uretan" and vitamins were tried. But, the patient died from enemic condition which made an acute progress and minfestations of oral gangrene.
