鼻橋（Ponticulus nasi）欠損の整形手術に就て

　緒言

　鼻橋部の皮膚のみ或は全部の欠損を有する患者の悩は，それが外傷性のものにせよ，梅毒性のものにせよ鼻中隔穿孔の場合に比し遙に大きい．鼻中隔穿孔のみにて鼻閉を伴わない時は自覚的苦痛は殆んどなく，鞍鼻を伴わない限り整容的手術を希望することは殆んどないが，鼻橋の欠損は最も人目につき易く患者の悩は深刻で妙齢の婦女子に於て然りである．

　余は従来行われた鼻橋欠損整形手術の大要を御紹介し，最後に自己の1経験例に就て述べ諸賢の御参考に資せんと思う．

KUBO reports a success in making pedicle gra-ft for plastic correction of the nasal bridge. The pedicle is formed on the anterior surface of the patient, a woman aged 22, and the lower attach-ment of which is freed by incision after the inital wound on, the arm had healed. The freed end is then suttured to the nasal tip; in this position the arm is immobilized in a plaster cast. After this pedicle had taken to the nasal tip the brachial end of the flap is severed with the arm now being set free. The newly severed end is shaped proped properly to be sutured to the nasal root.
