鼻腔に発生した円柱性内被細胞腫症例

　序

　鼻腔に発生する内被細胞腫は比較的稀であり之には淋巴管内被細胞腫及び血管内被細胞腫の二種がある．この両者の発生頻度は相半ばし，淋巴管内被細胞腫の中には稀に円柱性内被細胞腫の組織像を呈するものがある．

Honjo and his associates report nasal endothe- lioma was encountered in a man, 22 years of age, whose chief complaint was complete obstr-uction of nasal breathing on the left side. Spaces in the nasal cavity below inferior and middle turbinate was seen occupied by reddish, dark tumor mass. Microscopically the tumor is classified as zylindro-endothelioma.
