兄弟にみられた色素性蕁麻疹

URTICARIA PIGMENTOSA IN TWO BROTHERS

　色素性蕁麻疹がUnna型とJadassohn-Rona型とに分けられており，また最近皮膚のみならず全身の網内皮系を侵すSystemic diseaseであることは一般にも知られているが，その同一家族内発生に就いては外国でも吾国でもその記載は至つて乏しい。余等は最近兄弟に見られた本症を経験したので，以下該症例を記述し，家族内発生について少しく文献を渉猟してみた。

Brothers aged 4 and 2. In both cases there were found numerous yellow brown maculo-papular eruptions of various size, scattered over the entire cutaneus surface, which ap-peared one year after birth following urti-carialike itching lesions. The dermography occurred intensively positive, the function of vegetable nervous system proved distinctly vagotonic, and nothing abnormal could be observed in liver, spleen, lymph nodes, blood and bones on the X-ray examination in both cases.
