　茲に報告する例は膀胱癌の臨床診断のもとに死亡し，剖検により肝，左副腎等広範囲に転移を形成した膀胱癌に加えて，偶然に左腎臓に所謂Gra-witz氏腫瘍の発生を認め，更にS字状結腸にpo-lyposisをも併発していた70歳男子例で，転移像を初め泌尿器系における重複腫瘍としても若干の興味ある所見を得る事が出来たので，その概略を報告する。

An illustrated patient, 70 years old man, suffered from a vesical Carcinoma, treated with the total amount 5,700γ of deep X-ray irradiation and 1, 125mg of Nitromin injection for seven mon-ths, but nothing with operative therapy on his own desire, was died of cachexy and pneumonia lastly.

During the dissection of this occasion unexpectedly it was discovered to have the one of so colled Dr. Grawitz's tumor on his left side kidney then it had been reported as an illustration of multiplicated carcinoma.
