精神運動発作で発症した前頭骨頭蓋内Osteochondromaの1例

A Case of Intracranial Osteochondroma Originating with Psychomotor Epilepsy

I．はじめに

　Chondromaあるいはosteochondromaが頭蓋内に発生するのはたいへん稀で，原発性脳腫瘍のうち0.1—0.2％を占めるに過ぎない^1,9）．今回われわれは，精神運動発作で発症した前頭骨bregma移行部付近より発生し，頭蓋内に大きく発育したosteochondromaの1治験例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する．

A 28-year-old woman was admitted to our clinic duto psychomotor epilepsy. Craniogram, CT scan demom strated a calcified lesion in the frontal, parasagittal re-gion. MR proton images showed a mixed hyper-am hypodense lesion. The tumor originated from the fron-tal bone and was totally removed using airdrill safely Histological findings revealed osteochondroma originat-ing in the frontal bone is rare, and diagnostic proce-dures and surgical management of this tumor are dis-cussed.
