脊髄硬膜外に発生した骨髄外性形質細胞腫の1症例

Extramedullary Plasmacytoma forming a Mass in the Epidural Space of the Spinal Cord: Report of a case

I．はじめに

　形質細胞腫は，通常，骨髄内増殖を示し，多くは骨梁・骨皮質の吸収を伴う骨髄内腫瘍結節を形成する．しかし，骨髄外腫瘤形成を示すこともある．今回，われわれは，骨変化を伴わず，胸髄硬膜外に腫瘤形成を呈した形質細胞腫という極めて稀な症例を経験したので報告する．

Plasmacytoma often forms an intramedullary mass in the vertebrae with absorption of trabecula and cortex of the bone. However, occasionally, it forms a mass in the extramedullary space of the vertebrae.

The authors report such a rare case with plasma-cytoma which formed a mass in the thoratic epidural space without evidence of involvement of the adjacent vertebra.

On May 22, 1985, a 80-year-old man was admitted to our clinic with chief complaints of gait disturbance and hypesthesia below the umblical level.
