I.はじめに
X線CTスキャンの進歩に伴い,スキャン時間,スキャン間隔の短縮による高速スキャンが可能となり,dy—namic CTを用いて循環動態の評価が可能となってきた.
一方,脳動静脈奇形(以下AVMと略す)における循環動態の検討は,1948年Shenkin25)の報告以来,主にアイソトープを利用した循環動態の報告がいくつか認められる5,10,11,15-17,20,23,24,27,28).しかしながら,AVMの循環動態の把握は,これらを用いた方法でも必ずしも容易ではなく,未解決の部分も少なくない.
Various methods have been reported for the purpose of measurement of hemodynamics of the cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
In this paper, using a TCT-60A-30 scanner, dy-namic computed tomography was performed on 18 cases with arteriovenous malfo:mations. The initial scan of the dynamic CT was started simultaneously with the start of an intravenous injection of uniodinated contrast medium (8 ml/sec.), serial 4.5 sec. scan repeated 8 times. The data for each scan were segmented into three, and a series of 24 rapid-sequence scan images (CT-angiography) was generated.
