I．はじめに

　わが国における多発性嚢胞腎（以下PCKと略す）と脳動脈瘤の合併例の文献的報告はこれまでのところ少数である^7,11）．

　今回われわれは，PCKに罹患した37歳女性に対し予防的見地から頸動脈撮影を行ない，両側中大脳動脈に非破裂動脈瘤を認め，直達手術を施行した経験を得たので報告する．

Polycystic kidney is a familial disorder known to becomplicated often by liver cyst, pancreas cyst andcerebral aneurysm. While numerous reports havebeen made on the concurrence polycystic kidney andcerebral aneurysm in foreign countries, there areonly several autopsy cases documented so far in Japan.This paper describes a surgically treated case ofproven non-ruptured aneurysms of bilateral middlecerebral arteries associated with polycystic kidney,and discusses the epidermology of cerebral aneurysmaccompanying polycystic kidney in Japan.
