頸椎黄靱帯石灰化腫瘤により脊髄症状を呈した1例

A Case of Cervical Myelopathy due to Calcified Mass in the Cervical Yellow Ligament

I．はじめに

　脊柱管後壁の構成体の1つである黄靱帯の病変は，脊髄神経根症状を呈する症例において常に念頭に入れておかねばならないが，実際の日常診察上，比較的稀なものである．

　すでに，後縦靱帯骨化症が注目され，1つの疾患単位として定着してきたが，胸腰椎における黄靱帯骨化症の報告が増加しつつあるものの，頸椎黄靱帯病変の報告は意外に少ない．

A case of myelopathy due to calcified mass in the cervicalyellow ligament was reported. A 64 years old Japanesefemale had incipient symptoms, neck pains and the limitedrange of the neck movement. Her past and family historieswere noncontributory. Neurological examination revealedthe myelopathy of the sensory disturbance of the distal partsof all four extremities. Routine laboratory data on thepatient were within normal range. Plain neck X-P demon-strated two oval radiopaque nodules in the posterior spinalcannal at the level of Cervical myelography showeda partial block at the level coinciding with the nodules.
