I．はじめに

　頭蓋骨転移を来たす主なものは，乳癌，肺癌，前立腺癌，甲状腺癌，腎癌などであり，消化器癌や子宮癌よりの転移は稀とされている．われわれは頭蓋骨にのみ転移を生じた肝細胞癌の1例を経験し，転移巣および原発巣の切除を行い組織を確認することができたが，かかる頭蓋骨への単発性転移を来たした症例の報告は見られていない．

The patient, a 53-year-old man, was admitted to theDepartment of Neurosurgery, Nagasaki UniversityHospitalin August 1979, because of a painful tumor in theIt-parieto-occipital region. Physical examination on admissionrevealed a fist-sized tumor in theIt-parieto-occipital region.The liver edge was palpable at two finger breadthsbeneaththe right costal margin, but the liver itself wasnot palpableas a mass. Liver function was almost good except forGOT and ChE. Plain craniography showed an osteolyticchange of about 10 cm×10 cm in size withoutmarginalhyperostosis and spicular formation.
