頭部銃創により脳内血腫を生じた幼児の1手術治験例

A Case of Craniocerebral Gunshot Injury Associated with Intracerebral Hematoma in an Infant

I．はじめに

　わが国における平時の頭部銃創の報告は欧米に比し非常に少なく，あっても自殺による銃創が多いためか，その予後は極めて悪い．今回われわれは，近距離からピストルの射撃を受け，脳内血腫を来たし昏睡に陥った幼児を手術により幸いにも救命しえたので，治療上の問題とともに若干の考察を加え報告する．

A 22-month-old girl received a gunshot causing an intent-cerebral hematoma along the trajectory in the left fronto-parieto-occipital lobes. She was comatose on admissionand underwent emergency operation to remove a 22-caliberbullet which entered through the forehead and terminatedbeneath the left occipital scalp.

Debridement of cerebral contusion at the entrance andexist of the wound, and total removal of intracerebralhematoma along the trajectory were performed.
