脳幹部Cryptic AVMの1手術治験例

"Cryptic" Arteriovenous Malformation of the Brain Stein:A successfully operated case

I．はじめに

　脳幹部に発生した脳動静脈奇形（AVM）については，剖検脳における詳細な報告^18）は認められるものの，脳外科的直接手術例の報告は稀である^5,22,28）．われわれは，第4脳室底部の内側隆起の外側部に存在するCT上high density，一部contrast enhancement陽性の占拠病変の症例を経験し，その全摘出に成功した，病理標本ではAVMの所見であった．本報では自験例を若干の文献的考察とともに報告する．

We have experienced a case of a 35-year-old man with a lesion located on the left lateral surface of the floor of the 4th ventricle and showing high density on CT, part of which showed positive contrast enhancement. The patient was successfully treated by complete excision of the lesion. Pathological study indicated arteriovenous malformation.
