乳児paraventricular cerebral cystの1例

Case Report of Paraventricular Cerebral Cyst of Infant

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳内に発生するのう胞には，その発生起源，組織学的特徴から種々のものがみられる．しかし，正確な起源およびのう胞を構成する細胞の詳細については，必ずしも明白ではない．近年，電子顕微鏡の導人により，その発生起源，組織学的特徴が明白にされつつある．

　われわれは，脳梁前半部の欠損を伴い，一側側脳室拡大を呈したparaventricular cerebral cystの乳児例を経験した．本症例ののう胞壁について光学顕微鏡および電子顕微鏡にて検索を行ったのでその詳細について報告する．

A case of parayentricular cerebral cyst was reported. A 48-day-old infant was admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery with an enlargement of head ciremnference.

Cerebral angiography, pneumoventriculography, and computed tomography showed a cyst in the trigon of the right lateral ventricle and unilateral hydrocephalus.
