Ⅰ．緒言
近年ヒト局所脳血流量（rCBF）は，主として拡散性同位元素を用い，脳血管，脳組織からの洗い出し曲線（クリアランスカーブ）を測定することにより求める方式が一般化している．
放射性同位元素の被験者への投与の方法としては1）内頸動脈注入（intracarotid injection）法，2）静脈注入（intravenous injection）法，3）吸入（inhalation）法がある．
